Our honesty rule Where synthetic voices can't yet pronounce a language well — including tonal African languages — we show "audio coming soon" instead. A wrong-sounding Yorùbá voice would teach you wrong sounds; silence is kinder. The same honesty applies to pronunciation grading: we don't offer it until it can be done truthfully.
African languages, finally served
Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo are examinable WAEC subjects. Luganda sits on UNEB papers. isiZulu, isiXhosa and Afrikaans are NSC matric subjects. LINGUA teaches them to those standards — proverbs, literature and formal writing included — with the diacritics that carry meaning.
